1. You may only sign up for one account.
2. Only one view bar may be open at any time.
3. Your site(s) does not break out of frames.
4. Your site(s) does not contain any popup windows.
5. Your site(s) does not contain any message boxes.
6. Your site(s) does not alter any browser settings.
7. Your site(s) does not use URL or domain forwarding.
8. Your site(s) does not use any type of site rotation.
9. Your site(s) does not contain inappropriate contents.
10. Your site(s) does not automatically install any software.
11. Your account will be deleted if we can not send you emails.
12. Do not spam in any way. If you are caught spamming your account will be terminated immediately.
13. If you submit a site that breaks our rules you will lose any credits assigned to that site.
14. We reserve the right to change the terms & conditions at any time without notification.

If any member is caught breaking the terms & conditions their account will be deleted. All credits and referrals that they may have will be forfeited. If you are deleted you will not be eligable to sign up for a new account.

If you are caught trying to cheat the system your account will be terminated immediately and you will be charged for any credits that you have stolen plus a $100 administration fee and any other fees required for legal actions against you.

If any member causes any harm or damage, or is responsible for Traffic Attitude being shut down for any reason, you will be responsible for a $5000 administration fee plus any fees involved in getting Traffic Attitude up and running again and any legal fees that may be involved.
